Meeting 7-13-2017

The West Allis Rotary club is proud to have their second Free Library erected at the Knights of Colunbus at 1810 S. 92nd St. Nancy Rhodes is checking out the book selection at the Free Library. Debbie is our newest member to have applied for membership at the West Allis Rotary Club. President Terese is awarding Kathleen Dagenhardt her Paul Harris certificate. Steve Affeldt is collecting 'Happy Bucks' at our meeting. Our program consisted of members that attended the 2017 Atlanta RI Convention shareing their experiences. Sherry Saiki shared her impressions of attending Breakouts on membership. Terese shared with the members a Breakout on the next Generation of Leadership--strategies for engaging a muiti-generational workforce. Nancy Rhodes served as a Senior Sgt (yellow vest) at the 2017 Convention. She explained the responsibities of sargents that work behind the stage assisting the RI production crew that stages the Rotary General Sessions.
